Youth Self-Defense Seminar
This Mini Self-Defense Academy is intended for youth ages 10-16. It is a single-session introductory course. The session will be 4 hours.
We will introduce the principles and mindset needed for effective self-defense.
This seminar is ideal for youth in grade-school through early high school.
Cost is $20 per person for 4 hours training.
This seminar will take place in Frederick May 31 2014, from 4pm-8pm. Parents are encouraged to stay and observe.
